In late 2021, one of 4WoRK’s Wellington clients committed to moving to a new Wellington office location and create a place in which they could call home for the foreseeable future.


Beginning design in November 2021, 4WoRK worked with our client to develop a comprehensive plan of what the business required from their new premises which was available for tenant fitout from early 2023.


From the reception areas to individual workspaces and collaboration areas, the design incorporates functionality with refined aesthetics. Each element serves a purpose, contributing to an environment that fosters productivity without compromising on the elegant aesthetic.


Telco Asset Management provided landlord lease negotiation services followed by 4WoRK providing oversight of the base build works which were to be completed before construction could commence for the tenant fit-out. Experiencing delays with the landlord base build works, material lead times, and supplier availability, the programme was pushed to accommodate a later construction start. Despite this, 4WoRK worked with the construction team at Alaska Construction Interiors to deliver the project within a revised programme date and the overall project was delivered under budget.
