In August 2023, 4WoRK completed a three-tenancy office interior fit-out for Stride Property Limited. From the initial project briefing and design phases, through procurement and construction delivery, 4WoRK provided Interior Design, and Project Management, and Construction Management services to Stride Property Limited.

The three tenancies were created as dynamic hubs designed for adaptability, ranging through a variety of sizes to accommodate a range of tenants. Each of the tenancies includes open plan design, collaboration spaces, and modern meeting spaces with provisions for tenant meeting room technology installations. One tenancy was completed to include furniture to give a visual representation of how the tenancies provided could be fitted out to service a potential tenant.

The fit-out also included the construction of the elegant new lift lobby connecting the three tenancies and tying in with the base build aesthetic of the building.
