Founded in 1950, Rothbury has a rich history of providing insurance to New Zealanders. Having recently worked with Rothbury in their 2016 building fitout, 4WoRK was in a great position to relocate Rothbury to their new home in the stunning PWC building.

Following the brief of Rothbury’s 2016 building fitout, a warm and engaging environment was created to align with Rothbury’s brand and identity. The neutral colour palette was incorporated to tie to Rothbury’s strong New Zealand identity and connection to the environment.

For this relocation project, 4WoRK provide full project management and design services. Services from the Telco group were also provided with a workplace strategy refresh, lease negotiation, and elevate providing technology strategy and delivery.

The result saw an elegant adaptable workspace in which Rothbury would be able to effectively conduct their business into the future.
