QBE Insurance New Zealand had enjoyed their existing traditional workplace for over 20 years. With an opportunity to reposition their workplace & workstyle, QBE made an informed decision to create a workplace which was flexible, adaptable and positioned to serve the business for a further 20 years.

The result was world class, moving the business from offices to ABW, from paper to cloud-based processes, from fixed technology to 100% mobility, from cellular to collaborative working. The outcome, a workplace ready to serve.

The move to the iconic 125 Queen St building, which will become known as the QBE Centre, allowed QBE’s more than 200 team members to be housed on three levels of the 30-level building.
