Telco Lease Negotiation
When Grant Thornton were looking to relocate from the Terrace, 4WoRK’s parent business Telco negotiated two of the upper floors of 215-219 Lambton Quay (the old ANZ Tower) with stunning views over the harbour along with signage rights for the building.
The accountancy firm hold regular events, partnering with business to lead and inspire on business strategy, and required a flexible social space that could be reconfigured for meetings and opened up for events. The staff social hub was combined with this event space to generate a sense of a shared environment that bought clients and staff together.
In contrast to their previous premises Grant Thornton requested a clean, crisp palette with vibrant colour to energise the work environment.
