With a revised workplace strategy, the decision was made to relocate to a location and building that aligned with Genesis’s brand identity and values. This Fanshawe Street 6 Star Green building was the perfect location to make this brand alignment happen. Genesis was excited to work in a building that connected with their wider sustainability goals, including processes such as recycling rainwater, utilising solar power, and state of the art energy heating and cooling systems.

Alongside ⁴WoRK’s design, Genesis used workshops and staff surveys to develop their new home, which gave the staff a personalised input into their workplaces creation.

The design and fitout were created to resemble Genesis’s connection to nature throughout the workspace. This is shown through the greens used in the colour palette, the varying colour timber used for the walls, and multiple plant arrangements throughout the workspace.
