Trade Me moved from Sales Street to Fanshawe Street and brought with them the opportunity to create a new and exciting headquarters. This headquarters would incorporate Trade Me’s vibrant culture and work style into the design. This 6 Green Star building provided Trade Me with the base to get that dream headquarters underway.

⁴WoRK provided Project management services on this project and worked alongside Agile Engineering on the building services designs, Elevate consulting on the technology recommendations, and Jasmax on the design of the workspace.

The result was a stunning workspace in which the employees of Trade Me could express their creative talents. The furniture and fittings selected were from Trade Me auctions, which gave a piece of the core business a place in this new exciting working space.
